  • SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We at Forvr Bleu Beauty fully inspect all orders for accuracy & quality before they are shipped to carrier. If the shipping address provided is incorrect & the package is delivered back to our warehouse. You are responsible for the shipping fee for us to reship again. Forvr Bleu Beauty is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We do offer Route Package Protection which is automatically added to your cart at check out to protect your order against damage within transit, lost packages & theft. If you decline this service, we will not be able to assist you unfortunately. If declined, you must contact the shipping carrier you selected at check out to resolve the issue. If you do have Route Package Protection & experience any of these issues you need to file a claim with them directly to resolve any issues.

  • STANDARD SHIPPING

Standard shipping rates will vary based on package weight & distance. All orders are processed upon receipt.We try our best to get orders out immediately but please allow up to 3 business days for processing. Shipping times vary from 1-5 business days after processing. Holiday & sale processing times are up to 4 business days & shipping times vary from 5-12 business days. Processing & shipping time estimates do not account for holidays or weekends. Shipping costs may increase depending on carrier, postal code & weight of package. Remote areas may require additional time for delivery. Please note that shipping times are not related to processing times.

  •  INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International shipping rates vary based on distance & weight of the package. Please allow up to 3 business days for processing & between 5-20 business days for delivery, depending on destination. Forvr Bleu Beauty is not responsible for any custom or import fees. By law we cant lower the invoice value or send any international orders as a gift.  

  •  INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION

Forvr Bleu is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer at the time the order was placed. If a package is returned to Forvr Bleu due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer, then the customer will be responsible for the redelivery cost. When a package gets returned to us, we will reach out to the customer & give them 48 hours to decide on to whether to reship the order or issue store credit. All original shipping costs are nonrefundable.
