If your order does not exceed your highest expectations, you may return any unopened & unused merchandise from your order addressed within 30 days from arrival of order for an EXCHANGE OR STORE CREDIT. If the product has been tampered with in any way by the customer it will not be eligible for an exchange or store credit. Customers are responsible for any return shipping fees.

Upon the return of your package, your products will be examined & eligibility for an exchange or store credit will be determined & issued within 5 business days.

Limited edition or sale items which include items sold with a promotional code or marked down in price are FINAL SALE.

After you have read the above, please email us at support@forvrbleubeauty.com requesting instructions on how to return an item. Please include your order number on the subject line of the email.

• RETURN PROCESSING TIMES

Once we have received your package, your exchange or return will be processed within 1-5 business days. You will be notified via email once your order has processed & shipped. If you have requested store credit, that will be issued within 1-3 business days. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable.
