  • WHAT CARRIER DO USE TO SHIP & WHAT ARE THEIR RATES?

All USA orders(including Puerto Rico)are shipped via USPS . Upon checkout you will see our set PRIORITY shipping rate & estimated transit times. All international orders, including Canada are shipped via USPS First Class Package International & UPS Worldwide Expedited. All wholesale items are USPS & UPS carrier calculated rates based off location & weight. 

  • WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Orders are usually processed within 24 hours. Orders received through Friday-Sunday are usually processed that following Monday. Tracking numbers are sent upon completion of processing your order. Once the package has been sent to carrier it is no longer in Forvr Bleu Beauty possession. Please direct all tracking questions to the carrier or Route. 

During a sale, processing times are extended by an additional 48-72 hours. Shipping time begins once the order has been picked up by the carrier. Transit times do not begin at the completion of ordering. Please take note when placing your order! 

  • I RECEIVED MY ORDER & MY PACKAGE WAS DAMAGED. 

All priority packages come with insurance. You may contact the post office to file a claim in order to get your order refunded. We are not responsible for any mishandling done by USPS. Here is the direct link to file a claim: https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm

  • WHERE IS MY PREORDER?

Please note we do not partially fulfil orders that contain a pre ordered item(s). Your order will only be fulfilled once that item comes into stock. Please purchase separately if you wish to receive your in stock items sooner.

  • I NEED TO CHANGE MY ADDRESS ON A ORDER I PLACED. 

  If you need to change your mailing address after you have placed an order please email support@forvrbleubeauty.com. Address corrections require a $5.00 processing fee. 

Please be aware there is a possibility that an order may get shipped in less than 24 hours. All emails will receive a response within 48 business hours. Email responses may get delayed during high volume times.

  • MY ORDER WAS RETURNED TO YOUR WAREHOUSE. 

If your order is returned to Forvr Bleu Beauty, you will be prompted to purchase a reship fee listed on our website. Forvr Bleu Beauty is not responsible for any shipment issues caused by the carrier. You have 48 hours to do so. If you choose not to purchase a reship fee, you will be issued a store credit in the full amount of your order minus the shipping cost. NO REFUNDS OR EXCEPTIONS WILL MADE!
